LED Manu Aute Project, Matariki (2018) – The Process

                        

From the first concept drawings to the final build, this project was another big journey. I cut every piece by hand from ACM sheet and plywood using a jigsaw before assembling the three multi-layered Manu Aute together.

It was a very challenging build, requiring plenty of planning, new skills, creativity, and problem-solving along the way. Thankfully, my family jumped in to lend a hand!

Seeing the vision gradually come together piece by piece was awesome. Now it is time to bring them to life with light!
